Patricia Artman is a Business & Educational Leadership Executive with more than two decades of experience transforming organizations, strengthening operations, and driving measurable performance outcomes across multiple sectors.  Her career spans educational administration, business development, marketing, and organizational systems design, giving her a uniquely versatile perspective on leadership and growth. 

Patricia has led major academic and operational turnarounds, most notably elevating Milestones Charter School from a state rating of C to A and sustaining that level of excellence for five consecutive years. She developed comprehensive systems for evaluation, curriculum, compliance, and staff development, while securing grants ranging from $10,000 to more than $500,000 to support program expansion and innovation. 

In addition to her leadership in education, Patricia is the founder of Chef Dean Cultural Cuisine, a culinary services business she built from a $500 initial investment into a thriving six‑figure enterprise. Through this venture, she strengthened her expertise in branding, financial operations, client relations, and strategic growth—skills that complement her organizational leadership work and broaden her cross‑sector impact. 

Patricia is known for her strategic mindset, operational discipline, and ability to build strong, collaborative cultures. She brings a solutions‑oriented approach to every role and is passionate about helping organizations grow, innovate, and deliver meaningful, lasting impact.

Jaime's journey in the world of business began during his college years, where he discovered an undeniable passion for hospitality and entertainment. While pursuing a degree in hotel and restaurant management, he was captivated by the opportunity to create exceptional experiences for customers.

 This inspiration led him to fully immerse himself in the industry, gaining invaluable knowledge and skills across all levels. He learned the ins and outs of managing a diverse array of establishments, ranging from charming local cafes and lively bars to expansive restaurants, luxurious hotels, and large-scale resorts.

With a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years in the industry, Jaime decided to take a bold leap and start his own business alongside his wife, Jillian. Their venture has flourished and evolved into The Small Business Success Tribe, offering a variety of support and services designed to assist other businesses on their journey toward success and sustainability.

Jillian's passion for entrepreneurship was sparked by a deep-rooted desire to help herself and others obtain Financial Freedom and Sustainability in an ever-changing marketplace. Utilizing her skills and experience in Graphic Design, Website Development, and Writing Newsletters for clubs in high school and college, she went on to earn 10+ years of experience co-founding and operating multiple businesses, beginning with her own business that she started with her husband Jaime. 

 

Founded on the mission of supporting the wellbeing and creativity of others, their business continues to grow and thrive to this day, except now they have expanded their services to support the development of businesses for family, friends, and members of their community. Dean Artman is a seasoned culinary professional with more than two decades of experience across fine dining, luxury hotels, event cooking, and private culinary services. His career spans roles in high volume banquet operations, menu development, kitchen leadership, and food safety compliance, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both the creative and operational sides of the culinary industry. 

Dean is the owner and chef of Chef Dean Cultural Cuisine, where he provides weekly meal preparation, private dinners, and event catering throughout the Phoenix area. His work is defined by precision, consistency, and commitment to exceptional service. He brings expertise in sushi preparation, menu conceptualization, kitchen design, and cost-efficient purchasing, supported by strong vendor relationships and a deep understanding of food cost management. 

Before launching his own business, Dean built a successful career with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Noon Culinary Services, Centerplate, and Tokyo Joe’s, where he served as Director of Kitchen Operations. His background includes developing training manuals, opening new stores, conducting health audits, and leading teams in fast-paced, high standard environments. 

Dean is known for his professionalism, creativity, and ability to deliver high quality culinary experiences tailored to each client’s needs.
