Artman Business Solutions is led by Patricia Artman, a business and educational leadership executive with more than two decades of experience strengthening organizations, building sustainable systems, and guiding small business owners toward clarity and confidence. Patricia brings a unique blend of operational discipline, creative problem solving, and hands-on entrepreneurial insight that helps business owners move forward with purpose.
Patricia has led major organizational turnarounds, scaled service-based businesses, and built successful brands from the ground up. She transformed Milestones Charter School from a C rating to an A and sustained that excellence for five consecutive years. She also co-founded Chef Dean Cultural Cuisine and grew it from a five hundred dollar investment into a thriving six-figure enterprise. In recent years she expanded the brand even further by developing digital products, physical products, subscription-based meal preparation services, a dedicated storefront on the Chef Dean website, and an Etsy storefront. These experiences give her a deep understanding of what it takes to build systems that support growth, stability, and long-term success.
Her work now centers on helping small business owners strengthen their operations, improve their visibility, and reclaim their personal time. Patricia has become proficient in website design, digital marketing, Meta ad development, short-form video creation, CRM setup, and AI-powered workflow automation. She has written articles on AI visibility and teaches business owners how modern tools can simplify their workload and elevate their presence. In December, she will lead a workshop with the City of Peoria through Local First Arizona, where she supports entrepreneurs across the Phoenix Metro area with practical guidance and sustainable growth strategies.
